I am finding that some of the major email systems - outlook, gmail, word their replies differently - but yet each tends to follow its own conventions.
would it be possible to prestrip such replies? i know it wouldnt catch all systems, but it could possibly make the replies we get in the system a bit shorter....
thoughts?
