Only Authenticate user can create tickets..!

I want that only Authenticate user can create tickets..!!

Can anybody help me how to do..??

what changes should i made in the system..??? :)

In my case.. only Admin create the users.. provide password to them..!!

i have made two extra field in ost_tickets.. username and password..!!

now where should i change so that only authenticate users can create tickets..!!

help me out.. i need urgently..!! :(

Authentication

I know a little on how Apache works and Authentication. Does the program do authentication? I know that with Apache web server, you can tell it who the authenticated users are in a LDAP. I am not sure if it works with Active directory.
