I have disabled the following options:
Enable cron call on staff's activity
(disabled)
Enable email piping (You pipe we accept policy)
(disabled)
I have never used the pop options, so these have always been disabled.
New Ticket Alert:
(disabled)
New Message Alert:
(disabled)
Overdue Ticket Alert:
(disabled)
All of these are disabled. Yet the system is still sending emails to engineers and the admin when a ticket is created, and an email is still being sent to clients when a ticket is closed.
Why is this happening and how do i disable it?
