Our sales manager goes thru tickets and assigns them to the sales staff.
how can i make OST send an email to the assignees upon assignment?
What version of osTickets are you using? I'm running the latest and it already does this (the only thing it won't do I believe is send a ticket to the assignee if the assigner is also the assignee).
i also have the most current (downloaded and setup yesterday)
i think i figured it out. you are right, it doesnt if you self assign.
