When my users try to open a ticket in IE6, they get a blank page at first. If they refresh, the open ticket page shows up. Firefox and IE7 work fine, just IE6 doing this.
Also, this only became a problem after upgrading osticket recently. Not sure which version I was upgrading from, whatever was current about September 2008.
