Hi there,

Im new in OS and i do not understand anything of PHP so i hope that some one can help me out.

Is there some one who has the COMPLETE php code so i can copy it on my FTP so that it works. I do not understand anything of mod the code. Wthat i'm looking for is this:

- A way so when i'm viewing a ticket i click on something so that i can assing the ticket to me

- When im viewing all the tickekets that i can see in the list to who the ticket is assigned to.

- When i viewing all the tickets that i can see where the ticket is waiting for (answer from staff/client). (ticket flagged if it has a response pending from customer)

-When i viewing all the tickets that i can see the nuber of days/time the ticket is opened

-A way to can give the ticket more statusses like: Wating for customer, In progress, Waiting for subcontracter etc

I hope that someone is so kind to help me. Plz PM me if you have it for me.

all the mods you want are done. you only have to search in the forum and add them to your scrip.

We can't really supply you with copies of all the files because everyone has different customizations that they have inserted. You'd end up getting a bunch of stuff you didn't ask for and likely don't want. If you want to add all these things you really need to start learning PHP/MySQL. Everything I've learned about PHP/MySQL has been google supplied (and I've made several MODs). Just takes time and persistance.
