This wk, I successfully downloaded and installed the latest release and did minor customization of head and footer.
But I have yet to figure out why there is no attachment field and browser button on the Open Ticket page. I've created an attachments folder and have the correct path entered. Turned on ALL the attachment features to try to get this to work.
Nothing appears below the Priority drop-down selection except the action buttons. I don't know PHP but I see code for handling attachments in the open.inc.php
The attachment feature for staff is turned and the attachment field and browser button are available to send files to users - but nothing for clients.
