I just successfully installed osTicket. I'm trying to set it up with my pbx but can't find the settings or the documentation on how to create tickets with the phone. Any help would be great! Thanks
You have miss understood. It means you can log a ticket via a telephone call. It doesnt mean it will intergrate with your PBX (as far as i know).
although come to think of it, im sure it mentions SMS Somewhere....
