I'm looking for a way to send out asignment emails when tickets are assigned my non admins. at the moment assignment emails are only sent when an admin assigns the ticket. If it is assigned my a non admin no emails are sent. Any ideas ?
Just tested this on mine and it already does it any time anyone assigns it. However, I have a customer auto-response mod so that MIGHT have something to do with it (though I don't think so based on the code).
ok, I worked this one out. emails are not sent if the assignor is the same as the assignee.
