I would like to have the internal notes and the ticket threads sorted by date together not separately, otherwise I have to jump all the time up and down to check if there was already an internal note on this date or so.
Can someone help me in this case.
I have searched in most of the threads, but I could not found so far.

It would involve more than a function. Notes table needs to be altered along the lines of attachment table and foreign key association changed to message/response ids.
PS: We plan on overhauling the internal notes in the future - the plan is to support both global and message/response notes.
just a quick question how long away would this new version be away?
And how will it handle upgrades on seriously modified installations??
