Sorry for the long wait to reply I missed you post. I know nothing of making it work as you require. I will however look in to it when I upgrade as I nee to re-add all my mods

Minor Time Issue

Thanks for your MOD. It is very helpful for the community. Everything worked fine except for one minor issue that I am having.

On Customer Messages:

Created: 2012-07-18 09

I noticed the database stores the value of 'created' in the ost_tickets table in PDT time. I am not sure how OS Tickets handles the time since the ticket creation dates are shown in the proper time zone.

Anyways, The TIME is shown as PDT, is there a way to display the time in ET?
