Hi,
There is a problem with accented letters if they orginate from email (pop3) but only in the Subject Line and the From line (email header) (did the UTF8 fix in /pear/Mail/mime.php to fix the body but it does not apply to the email header)
Í -> I? Á - >A? and etc
Second, can OSTicket accept HTML email and store the HTML for staff memeber so it can be viewd as it was sent?
