Hi all,
I have a fairly new installation of OSTickets running on Ubuntu. I recently changed my hostname, although I am seeing the old hostname in my /var/log/messages log. I updated the hostname in the 'mysql' db. Is there somewhere in the tickets db to update the hostname?
