Hmm your is never going to work. are you sure about that as the port?
25 is usually used for SMTP, i am guessing you changed this to 26? If you did then its not the POP port you changed. POP is only used for collection of email. SMTP is used for sending email. POP is port 110 (default)
Second of all, for it to notify YOU of a ticket, you need create a user with your email address (in the staff tab). Then you need to associate that user with a department (in the departments tab).
Then (im not actualyl 100 % here as i dont use pop) you need to create a cron job on the server to send the mail from the ticket system. It will send it to the email address associated with your user depending on the email settings of course.
Not sure ive explained this very well but im still using RC4 and ive not seen the updated settings page for RC5.
