osticket integration potential?

are there any plans to integrate osticket with php store sites such as with oscommerce or oscmax? integration meaning that you don't have to log into 2 separate web pages, but have your store and the support system all in one place with one log-in?

Is there a way to integrate user accounts at least?

without looking into it too much, it shouldnt be too hard to have OST just verify against an existing user DB rather than its own User table
