I have enabled the alert mail in the admin panel,

and its working fine only for singout user....

Assume if user logged in and raise the ticket means alert not working ....

So my problem is...

For logged user ..alert not working

Same problem ..i want the mail notification to be send in any case ...no matter user is logged in or not ?!

Any progress towards this happening?

Are we concluding that if we are currently logged into the system, then it won't notify us of any new messages posted WHILE we are logged in?
