Hi There

New to the site and got my ticket section working quite well, Wonder if anyone knows which files i need to change to just alter the word inquiry to enquiry i,e change the i to and e. I dont want to just change one page and then it doesnt talk to mysql if it is looking for the wrong thing

So does that mean i change the topic table in mysql to the correct wording as i cant see the actual topic in the above

You shouldn't see "General Inquiry" in the MySQL table at all. When that is selected, the help topic is left blank in the MySQL table and it shows "N/A" when viewing the ticket using the admin CP.

The file /include/client/open.inc.php has "General Inquiry" hard coded in.
