Alright, here's what's happening.
Since I have an e-mail using my own domain via my web server, I sent a support ticket to my hosting company to request what my Hostname, Port number, etc., so I don't believe that'll be a problem once I get a response.
After reading the Wiki for POP3/IMAP Settings (http://osticket.com/wiki/POP3/IMAP_Settings(http://osticket.com/wiki/POP3/IMAP_Settings)) I have this set up for my cron:
*/5 * * * * Command: nobody /usr/local/bin/php /public_html/way180ticket/api/cron.php
I get this error in my Cron Daemon e-mail report: /bin/sh: nobody: command not found
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advanced,
-Stephen
