I have used several other open source ticket system, and none of them can solve this problem, don't know if osTicket can deal with that.
The problem is about email fetching. If user reply a ticket by just replying that email, it should be fetched and parsed by the pipe.php file, but now the problem is it can ONLY deal with English language, for other unicode language, such as Chinese, the contents can not be parsed accurately at all, it is totally a mass.
So my question is are there any way osTicket can handle unicode email to ticket isssue? Or it can not deal with this issue either.
