problem installation with proftpd

I have a problem to install osticket on debian with apache web server.

I copied the contents of the upload directory in / var / www / osticket but impossible to start the installation osticket when I open my browser to the following address:

127.0.0.1/osticket or 127.0.0.1/osticket/setup

Are you actually ON the server that you are setting this up on? Otherwise you are browsing to whatever machine you are currently on (like your windows PC). 127.0.0.1 is your localhost or w/e machine you are on in other words.

Also if you are on that machine then you may need to check and see what you have set for your apache DocumentRoot.

But I have installed my debian on a VM, and even connect to address 127.0.0.1, I didn't have the first page of installation osticket ....
