For awhile I was having trouble with emails not sending out with ticket ids but then I came across a setting...
Admin Panel --> Settings --> Preferences --> Autoresponders (Global Setting)

Hey..I have same settings, but osticket dont send mail, when i create new ticket, but send when i answared any ticket.
Please help me.
