For Phone Tickets or Internal Company Ticket, why u don't allow to don't put any email inside of it ? (from admin)
It may be usefull when you use ticket system for phone and isnt needed that the other end will never see the ticket status.
P.s. Yes I know, I can do a devnull email.. and use that.. but I prefered to don't use email at all.
