It would be great to have a better reporting system to download data for department analysis.
Some of the reports I would find useful are: tickets closed by staff and open tickets assigned to staff. At this moment there is no quick way to see this information.
But this is just an idea, as overall this is one of the best ticket support systems I have ever used.

yes u are right.. I am too thinking of making one report generation page for all staffs. i know the importance of generating report. If it come handy .. defenitly can save alot of my time
I have some idea on my own. they are like:
Daily report,
weekly report,
monthly report,
yearly report,
I was wondering what all thing will be needed to include in these report data. I mean may be like - Number of attended tickets, Number of opened ticket, number of closed tickets, work time (time between an opened ticket and closed tickets), Assigned to other staff, assigned to other dept.. etc.
I would like to hear from u guys too.. any suggestion please elaborate.
