Hey all,
It was recently pointed out to me that it appears that almost all of the tickets created recently have the "Source:" and "IP Address:" of MY IP address. Even if I had nothing to do with the ticket and its a brand new ticket coming in from a customer. I also have one that I just sent but it shows someone elses desktop IP address.
My question is, how is this IP address obtained? My only thought is that it could be doing some kind of SQL query and its getting the wrong information.
