New User Cannot Get Started

Hello All,

If you try to visit my site, you'll see the error message I'm seeing:

The site is on Hostgator FWIW.

Any suggestions on what might be wrong or what to do next?

That's a pretty vague error message you've got there. :)

Is there anything more specific listed in the server error logs? Either the Apache log file or perhaps an auto-generated error_log file that would be in your web root?

Are you able to execute other PHP scripts?

Have you modified your .htaccess file? If so, what does it look like?

I ended up moving it to a different hosting package and it seems just fine now.
