When you (as a visitor) open a new ticket ... you're filling out the form with your name, email, message, etc.
Down at Priority ... we want to add some text about our support rates, which depend when customer wants work done.
I've looked at all affected files, but since I'm not a php expert, I do not know exactly which file to alter and where within that code its safe to add our text.
