Hi,
I am setting up osticket 1.6 RC5 on a unbuntu server.
When tickets are created via email from anyaddress@mydomain.com no problem they receive a confirmation message with ticket number.
However, whenever a ticket is created via email from another domain like gmail or hotmail for example, the ticket is created and goes into the right queue, but the sender never receives the confirmation message with ticket number.
I'm scratching my head with this as if it's sending to everyone@mydomain.com I don't see why it wouldn't send to other domains.
I imagine it's down to smtp settings but I'm not sure where to go with this ...
Any input on this would be greatly appreciated,
