I upgraded to the latest version of osticket and i am confused as to what's the due date for? And how is the format of a due date suppose to look like.
Also, if the ticket is due by a certain date/time, for instance I set a due date of 07/29/2009 at 11 AM, but haven't gotten an overdo reminder.
Are these reminders suppose to be setup via cron?
And if so, what syntax doI use to setup the cron job?
