Hi,
Today we are using Outlook Express to send and receive emails from/to customers.
I installed osTicket and everything is fine, except one thing:
If a customer send me an email, I can view it and reply him from the osTicket staff control panel.
But.... Can I still using Outlook Express to reply to my customers, and my replies being added automatically to the osTicket control panel?
If I could to it, I will be very happy!
