Timeout instantly after basical installation step

Hi,

I am getting timeout instantly after Basic Installation Step. I have tried everything, read almost every thread but didn't get it running. I have enable every error display value in php, short open tags are on, php 5.0 with MySQL 4.1 is running.

I have this problem sometimes with Wordpress when the compressed file gets decompressed incorrectly. Try redownloading the newest version of osTicket, decompressing them, removing all the current files from the server, then uploading the newest version files.

You may also want to flush the DB and start from scratch.

PS. What program/OS are you using to decompress? (Server-side?)
