I just installed osTicket. When I go to the directory it is installed in, the status authentication page shows instead of the page where one can make a new ticket. Clicking on the "New Ticket" link doesn't change it. Right now, index.php, view.php and open.php all point to view.php.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
