I'm trying to change the email account that my OS Ticket is currently used to send me messages that I have a message.
What folder and file would I find the current email address?
I must be missing it every time I check for it.

Assuming you have RC5.
Admin Panel/Emails to set the new email address, then settings and about half way down you set the email address. You can also over-ride it at department level. Click on the Department tab.
