I have successfully installed osTicket on:
Windows 2003
IIS 6.0
MySQL 5.1.36
PHP 5.3.0
already set short_open_tag = ON
The problem is when I try to login / go to any page of the admin console the system will display "Fatal error..get tech support"
If I hit F5 to refresh the page several times, eventually the page in question will come up and display correctly. I can login this way and navigate to different pages of the admin console. Every time the "Fatal error..get tech support" message comes up I just need to hit F5 enough times until the page finally loads correctly.
Same thing when a potential user goes to the user login page. Usually it will come up and display "Fatal Error." but if you refresh enough times the user login page will appear.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
