Installation on Windows / IIS

When trying to run the osTicket setup I get the following error:

Configuration file (settings.php) missing!

Invalid path - get technical support

Is there a quick easy fix for this error, or something I missed up to this point?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nevermind, thanks. I just had not set proper read/write access for the install. I had enabled it only on the settings.php file, but it needed to be set on the entire osticket directory.
