Hi all,
I'm basically using osticket for internal provisioning / enabling for an ISP. Primarily for DNS, apache vhost, cacti and nagios provisioning. I was wondering if anyone knew how to make basic information get automagically entered in to the tickets so when my support staff is logged into their respective accounts, and go to create a ticket for tasks to get accomplished, to have the BASIC info filled out such as their e-mail address and name etc. Thanks in advance!
