I have recently downloaded and installed 1.6RC5 and am testing out the functionality for use with our customers. Most of the functions are working as expected, EXCEPT:
I have the autoresponder enabled for new tickets. The customer receives the "support request received" email. If this email is replied to, they receive a "message added email". However, when looking at the ticket only the first word of the reply has been added to the ticket. This seems to happen regardless of whether the response is top-posted or bottom-posted.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
