IS there possible when someone in department is open ticket and it will be automatically assignment to that person. I would like that isntead when someone open ticket and it said UNASSIGN to person, then I have to assign the ticket to person

I'd also like to be able to assign a ticket to the staff member who log's the ticket.
So far OsTicket has been great, I've never used PHP or linux so I'm having great fun playing with both and its very very useful.
