I installed the software for a few days ago and so far it has been great. But there is one thing I'm actually missing, I don't want my players to go to http://domain.net/support(http://domain.net/support) everytime they want to open a ticket.
So i'm wondering, would it be possible to connect my gameserver account's so they can login to their osTicket interface with their in-game accounts etc? And if so, how? I can do it through MySQL (phpmyadmin) if you tell me what I need to do specifically.
And does it work to just use the functions but have them in my own index.php and layout instead of go directly to the default layout that comes with the installation?
I am sorry for any grammar mistake I may be having, but im a bit stressed and frustrating about this.
