I setup latest osTicket.
When Tickets are created , no outgoing Mails are done.
I set in Mail Setting Use Php Mailfunction
do i have to configure any special ?

I don't think so. Is this a fresh installation or an upgrade from RC4? You may want to check your firewall settings. It took me a long time to figure out that my company firewall was blocking everything from php mail, yet there was no real error reported..
