SMTP server response: 553

Hi all,

I've quickly installed and confiured OSTicket. I'm currently able to send email, but only inside the local domain (SMTP host is the company's host) but every time I try to send out an email (e.g. someone@gmail.com) outside the domain I receive the following error:

PHP Warning: mail() [function.ma: SMTP server response: 553 Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed in C:\wamp\osticket\upload\include\pear\Mail\mail.php on line 129

Any ideas?

SMTP was not configured to send out email outside the profile....simpler than expected..
