I'm looking for a way that the staff next to "close ticket" for example "Ticket permanently close" to select? In "Ticket final closing", the client can no longer respond to his ticket and gets a message.
can anyone help me?
The feature is not supported at the moment and in my opinion it is anti customer support :)
or a protection against annoying staff =)
