Hi everybody. This tool is fantastic, and quite easy to use.
My "problem" is that for me is very important to identify the customer who request a ticket, not by email, but by a simple selection in a Combobox, pop up window... I've seen something similar in the foro, but in that case, you can reuse a customer is he/she has requested a ticket.
My idea is to use a table from a database an select it from a combo or similar, and auto complete email and phone.
I'm familiar with other development environments but no with PHP. Can anybody help me? What IDE for PHO have I to use?
