Can we still download osTicket 1.6 RC4?
Looking for RC4 too - cannot for the life of me get email ticketing working on RC5, despite it working faultlessly on the previous version!
I still have my zipped file of RC4. PM me your email address and I'll send it to both of you.
Can you upload to Rapidshare, Megaupload or another file hosting?

THANKYOU!!! : Saved all of my issues with email that I was having, wont be upgrading to RC5 til it works and there's a solution for all of the email issues which previously worked perfectly!

coz i dont know how to merge the files with
osticket1.6 rc5 and i will translate the strings in
lang file to Arabic languge .:
