Hi I've installed Osticket. Everything works fine for gmail accounts (i've tested) but for users with yahoo mail accounts system are not sending any mails.
Strange is'n it ???
If you use sendmail in a simple script, does it send to yahoo. Yahoo may be blocking your web server?
