We are not currently using email to accept new tickets.
However, we are using the client web form to create new tickets. We are a school. All of our users have a email@example.com email address. Our students have addresses on a totally different domain.
We want to set up our form to only accept email addresses from @[deleted]
So, any email address at another domain (@gmail.com, @[deleted], @[deleted], etc) would all be denied.
I am assuming this could be hard coded where the new ticket submission data (including email address) are validated.
Does anyone have any insight as to how we could set this up?
