Cannot setup groups

There is not a user tab in the form of the other tabs. Just the text in blue"USERS". When I click on it, I get this error:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /support/admin.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I'm getting the same problem

*Edit* Okay I found another thread dealing with the problem, and it's because I had 1.3.1 installed. I installed the latest version, and I can now modify user groups correctly. Still having some problems with setting up email fetching, but I will keep looking around.
