The interface for this project is so nice and clean - I can understand how something could get left out in an effort to keep it that way.
I haven't seen any customer-facing due date listings, so that may not even be a concern.
Thank you so much for your hard work on this project, and for making it open source! I am basically basing the customer relations processes for my IT consulting business on this software. For now its just a one man show, but with this sweet trouble ticket system, hopefully I can be organized enough to hire help! Do you know how hard it is to find a ticket system that is simple enough for a small business to use? Of course you do - I imagine that's why you made this.
