I am trying to add multiple attachments to a ticket, i have edited the
these files ,
newticket.inc.php
class.ticket.php
class.config.php
tickets.php , for the support functions, but still i am not getting the desired result.after doing all these changes the Tickets get locked ,, what is the criteria for that?
help me in this matter.
and if this is done in the recent release please let me know about it.
