i just installed os,
everythings working great,
now i would like the form where people add a new ticket to be on my website, wich is done in html.
does anyone how to do that?

not sure if you got an answer and didnt post or did not get an answer. well i just installed ost and found everything to be quite pleasantly simple, if you want to use webforms or any form simply send the form informatioin to the system email so in my testing i used http://roanvi.com/documents/contact_request_1.html(http://roanvi.com/documents/contact_request_1.html) form to send myself a generic ticket and it worked smoothly sent me all the data from all the fields
