I'd like to know if it's possible to configure OS Ticket so that replies are sent from the email address they are received on?
I plan on setting up a large number of email addresses to be imported into OS Ticket via POP/pipe, this will allow me to centralize the support for many websites I run and use emails like:
user.support@site1.com
user.support@site2.com
sales@site1.com
feedback@site2.com
etc
So ideally the replies that users get to their tickets will come from the email address they sent it to, as opposed to the single default address.
Is this possible?
